Aspa Hill is a flat desert area in Arizona.
A bunch of stone walls surrounding a tree in the center. There is a Dreamcatcher on the tree as well. You can find the "King of the Hill" mission on the tree. This is also the main point of interest in the Eagle-Eye missions, usually involving someone to be sniped here. There is a bottle of anti-vampire tonic on one of the walls immediately next to the tree.
