Bandits are fairly common enemies who often wield weapons with infinite and appear as major antagonists in the main storyline. In the storyline, they appeared as henchmen of the five gang leaders as well as the Barman. Bandits are merciless, ruthless and aggressive towards the player and are always foul-mouthed.
Types[]
- Mexican outlaws are the weakest types. They carry the Dragon Revolver, the Lee Navy Bolt-Action or the Burnside Carbine.
- Highwayman bandits are the second toughest. Some of them can appear wearing cowboy hats, bowler hats and even eyepatches. They carry dual Rusty Guns, the Burnside Carbine or the Lee Navy Bolt-Action.
- Top hat outlaws are the toughest. They can carry a Lawmaker Revolver, dual Sawed-Off Shotguns, or a Tesla Gun. They have more health than the Highwayman bandits and the Mexican outlaws.
- The Cultist is the fastest, but weakest bandit. She carries a Knife and will charge the player head on. She is also the only female outlaw with a melee attack, and is considered to be both a bandit and a demon.
- There is a Vampire Outlaw that is seen in later levels and can swiftly move from one place to another in his bat form. He will use a Longshot Repeater 1887, one or two Lawmaker Revolvers, and sometimes a Railgun.

When a player is within proximity of an bandit, random spoken lines would be heard. The type of spoken lines depend on certain circumstances(e.g. receiving damage). Bandits would usually speak when a player or an enemy is nearby or the outlaw can detect him/her. Certain lines are usually repeated for some bandits. The following spoken lines are as follows:

"You're a dead man walkin'"
"That was your last mistake!"
"Do you know who you're messing with?"
"It's time for you to take a dirt nap"
Mexican Outlaw(hurt):
"Beautiful..."

Trivia[]
- In some outlaw advanced missions, they will come to kill Buck together with demons of all types.
- Most of the outlaws have the same dialogue, but each has a different voice.
- When Confederate Soldiers are provoked, they will speak the same lines as that of a Highwayman Bandit.
- In some parts of the storyline, some bandits are seen wielding melee weapons.
